New Reduced Salt Premium Self Raising FlourThe versatility of Well and Good premixes just gets better with our new improved Salt-Reduced Premium Self-Raising Flour Mix.

 

This mix has almost 50% less salt than our previous self raising flour, and we have tried and tested it with all our favourite recipes and its performance is just as good. We even had our budding junior Masterchef Gracie trial it, and she says,

"I have made a lot of yummy muffins and cakes recently with the new flour and have found it to be great! My family could not tell any difference in the taste and the flour saw my cakes and muffins rise really well
every time."

This new mix will still successfully bake the 13 different recipes on our website, and Sam is always busy in his kitchen coming up with more. This mix can also be used to replace gluten flour in most of your favourite recipes. It comes with a bonus recipe flyer with some of our 13 recipes.
