Dear Well and Good,

Thank you for producing the Chocolate Mud Cake Mix - my mother-in-law brought a packet for me as a treat and I can't believe it's gluten free!! It is so yummy...rich and moist - perfect! The whole family enjoyed it. Thank you again!

My children are anaphylactic to nuts and eggs with intolerances to dairy.

My siblings and parents have various allergies including gluten wheat corn dairy soy.Your products cater for everybody which is so exciting. We can all eat the same birthday cake, morning tea...without having to label which plate is for whom.

Thank you so much.

A daughter's 30th birthday looming and no birthday cake suitable for her?

A large family gathering had an ord cake so were catered for - and by a fluke I found a distributor week before - she was so excited at the Choc Mud cake as recently diagnosis fructose - all the family had tiny bits to see and preferred it - I put whipped cream in middle and on top for icing I mixed the whipped cream with dark choc swirled through.

Thank you.

Hi,

Thought it was about time I said thanks for all the wonderful chocolate mud cakes that our family has had over the years!  I am the only Coeliac in our family of 4, but all of us have these cakes (x2, filled with cream and covered in chocolate ganache!) for birthdays so I can have a piece as well....I have 2 baking right now for our son’s gorgeous girlfriend’s birthday dinner tonight.  I tell everyone that they are the yummiest mud cakes ever, gluten – free or not!  I took one out to a restaurant for our son’s 21st, and the owner/chef told me afterwards that he had a sneaky taste while he was plating it, and he was very impressed and couldn’t believe that it was GF.

So again, thank you for all the goodies that you produce for those of us with allergies/intolerances – we all appreciate it  (even if it does take us a few years to let you know....!)

Kind regards,

Lyn

Congratulations on such a great range. As my children are wheat, corn, milk protein and fructose intolerant, it has been truly wonderful to be able to purchase quality products to have as treats - as these are very few indeed!

For years I have developed recipies for our family, - now other members of the family can actually buy a product and provide for the children when they visit- giving me a break!

They have proved to be very popular!

Hi,
I am in Christchurch New Zealand.  I have 3 gluten free children, can you please tell me who distributes your fantastic mixes in Christchurch.  I bought the muffin mix and my children say it is the best gluten free food they have ever had, so obviously want to buy more of your range!!!
Thanks  Sonya

Thank you for your products they are great.

I first made your gluten free mud cake for my granddaughter's birthday cake and also the cup cakes. I made the mud cake into a giant cup cake and some smaller ones. She is not gluten intolerant but I am and I wanted to make her birthday cake and share it with her. My daughter has just been diagnosed with gluten intolerance too and she is enjoying your biscuits and cakes. In fact she asked for a gluten free mud cake for her birthday before she knew about her diagnosis because everyone had enjoyed the first one so much!

As a nurse I know how important it is to avoid foods that you have an intolerance to because of the way it affects your immune system.

Well done
Jeanette

Just had the marble cake - simply delicious and in fact one of my non coeliac friends said it was more delicious than a normal marble cake.

I will definately be trying out the other variety of cakes in the very near future.

thanks again for producing such a great product for us with food allergies.
