Thanks for your delicious products!

I don’t usually bother with packet mixes – they generally taste like a packet mix and since our kids have been gluten free, diary free and not having artificial colours, flavours or preservatives, it’s been easier to make them from scratch myself.

But, we went to the Gluten Free Food Show and sample your goodies there. They tasted so good we bought some packets to try at home and LOVED them. We took the mudcake to a family gathering and even the wheat-eaters were asking for the recipe. My kids don’t usually like the breads I’ve tried to make from home, but they loved yours!

Well done and thanks for giving us some more variety and convenience within a restricted diet.

'fantastic bread mix'

I will certainly be making this again, better than anything else I have tried

Ros from Sydney says...

Just to let you know I have finally been able to get the bread mix …I am on school holidays this week so I'll be baking my bread, plus a few other goodies too.
Thank you so much for your help and advice. When you have time, how about developing a parve Honey Cake for Rosh Hashana?

Many thanks again, Ros

I only found out about Well and Good Baking Mixes yesterday at an Expo.

I made the Chocolate Mud Cake last night and what a hit it was!!  It was so moist and rich, even those not gluten intolerant preferred this cake.

Thanks for keeping our taste buds happy!!!

Carol from the web says...

WOW...Your mud cake is to die for.  I have never made a cake that has tasted so good and stayed so moist as yours does.

It was so easy to make my 6 year old did most of the work.

Fantastic keep the mixes coming.  thankyou

We've only found out earlier this year about my youngest daughter's allergies, so it was with great relief that we were able to use your products.

They allowed a smooth transition from a "from scratch" home baked goods to a gluten and nut free alternative, that is now a family and school favourite.

I look forward to many more years of happy baking and experimenting with total peace of mind.

My daughter's comment - "My favourite is the chocolate cake".

I've just had great success making  a beautiful sponge cake using the bread/baking mix and an old trusted recipe.

The recipe can be adapted to make one sponge cake or 12 cupcakes equally successfully, and can be multiplied to make more.
