Marble Birthday Cake

Did you know our Marble Cake makes a great kids novelty birthday cake? It’s a great mix to use because it’s not only moist and delicious, but easily cut into any desirable shape.

Sam’s Rum Balls

You can make these out of any leftover mud cake....or bake them from scratch...

Here’s Sam's quick recipe:

  1. Bake the mud cake from scratch and let it cool.
  2. Break up mud cake mix and place in a food processor. Add about 20- 30grams of margarine.
  3. Then add some rum, sultanas and nuts. You can basically add whatever you like.
  4. To make it extra moist, melt some chocolate and add it into the mix.
  5. Roll in shredded coconut into small balls and put in the freezer until firm.
