The inspiration for all our range came to me a few years ago at the birthday party of a friends’ son. His allergy to nuts and dairy meant that his dream of a big chocolate birthday cake had never come true. So I invented our famous Chocolate Mud Cake –allergen free!

After further research, our range developed to all the delicious baked goods that I remember my childhood, free from all commonly known food allergens, and most important, to have the same lingering taste and texture of my Mum’s cooking.

Gluten and wheat intolerance, nut allergy and others, should never get in the way of life. Because one of the basics in life is family, and all the family should enjoy food that is free from allergens and at the same time tasty, easy to make and indulgent.

Gold Medal win at the BIAV Awards 2009

A question often asked is whether the taste and quality of our products matches the wheat based products out there in the big supermarkets. The answer is that the taste and qaulity are superior. The BIAV, (Baking Industry Association Victoria) awards are the place where the brands duke it out for bragging rights, and this year we proved it with a gold medal win.
