Gluten Free Olive Bread

This Product is Gluten Free, Wheat Free, Soya Free, Dairy free and Nut Free.

Ingredients
Makes 
1Loaf
  • 1 packet (350g) Classic Bread Mix.
  • 2 tbsp. margarine
  • 1 ¾ cups (440ml) of tap water
  • 1 Egg
  • 200g pitted olives
  • Dash of Parisian Essence (optional)
Method
  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (200°C fan forced)  
  2. Grease 21-25cm x 7cm high loaf bread tin
  3. In large bowl combine water, egg, margarine and Parisian essence, add classic bread packet and mix with an electric mixer or a wooden spoon until all ingredients are well combined and there are no lumps.
  4. Fold in your olives and spoon batter into prepared tin.
  5. Set to bake for 45-50 minutes.  
  6. Take bread out of the oven and leave the loaf to cool in the tin.
Additional Tips

This product is freeze thaw stable. Slice and wrap bread before freezing.
