Preheat your oven to 175°C (160°C fan forced) In large bowl combine egg whites, water and margarine and mix with an electric hand mixer till frothy. Add classic bread mix and icing sugar to the wet ingredients and mix on high speed for additional 2min. Then add you favourite fillings (we used almonds and figs) and stir with a wooden spoon to even distribution. Spoon batter into a prepared loaf tin (21cm x 7cm) and set to bake for 70 minutes. After baking leave the loaves to dry for 24hrs. Thinly slice almond bread and bake for an additional 15min on 160°C fan forced.
