Sue's shortbread

I've only been diagnosed with coeliac disease for a few months, so this my first gluten free Christmas.  I love my "old" shortbread recipe, so decided to fiddle with the Well and Good recipe to make one with rice flour for added flavour and texture.  Enjoy!
