The challenge was to make “gluten free and allergy free” taste better, be more satisfying, and easier to make, than the big name, wheat-based brands. And with our first product - the Choc Mud Cake Mix - we did it. After all, why should we compromise on taste and quality because of special diet requirements.
The range has grown to include all kinds of baking mixes and we continue to surprise & delight our customers, with many delicious products and recipes, which are bubbling and baking in our allergen free kitchen, so the challenge continues...
